The figure on this chart was designed by Tibetan monks to give the necessary corrective exercises and stimulation to the muscles and nerves of the optical system. A few minutes of daily practice, morning and evening, will produce immediate effects. And, if maintained over a period of months, will effect definite improvement.

Standing erect, touch the tip of nose to the center spot on the chart.
With head still, move the eyes clockwise to and around each dot until the starting point is reached. Repeat the movement in a counterclockwise direction. Once the eyes have strengthened, follow the edges of each arm
of the figure both in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction.
Repeat as desired but be careful to avoid strain.
